Kontakt Synchronizator is a local iPhone utility app for managing contact photos, reviewing contact-photo workflow status, checking likely duplicate contacts and exporting or importing local JSON backup data.

Kontakt Synchronizator is developed and operated by MK Universal Solutions Ltd.

The app is currently available in Polish only.

1. Summary

Kontakt Synchronizator is designed to work locally on your iPhone.

  • No app account is required.
  • We do not collect personal data through the app.
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • The app does not use third-party analytics.
  • The app does not contain adverts or advertising SDKs.
  • The app does not use tracking technologies.
  • Your Kontakt Synchronizator workflow data is stored locally on your iPhone.
  • Export and import actions only happen when you choose them.
  • If iCloud Backup is enabled on your iPhone, iOS may include Kontakt Synchronizator app data in your normal device backup.

2. Data Stored On Your Device

Kontakt Synchronizator stores app workflow data locally on your iPhone. This may include contact workflow statuses, saved profile URLs, lookup hints, rejected merge decisions, app preferences and backup-related data.

This information is used only to show your contact workflow, contact status information, saved profile references, duplicate review decisions, settings and backup tools inside the app.

Kontakt Synchronizator does not send this app workflow data to MK Universal Solutions Ltd servers.

Contact photos saved through the app are saved directly into Apple Contacts after your confirmation. Photos already saved into Apple Contacts are part of your iOS Contacts database.

3. Contacts Permission

Kontakt Synchronizator requests access to Contacts so that you can browse your local contacts, review contact information and save selected contact photos directly into Apple Contacts.

Contacts are processed locally on your iPhone. The app does not upload your contacts to our servers and does not provide MK Universal Solutions Ltd with access to your contact list.

Some contacts may be read-only depending on the account or source used by iOS Contacts. In those cases, Apple Contacts decides whether the app is allowed to update or merge the contact.

4. Data We Do Not Collect Through The App

Kontakt Synchronizator does not collect or transmit the following through the app:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number;
  • your contact list;
  • your contact photos;
  • your location;
  • your microphone data;
  • advertising identifiers;
  • analytics events;
  • tracking data.

5. Profile Lookup And WebView

Kontakt Synchronizator can open supported profile pages, such as Facebook or X, in an embedded WebView for manual user-driven profile lookup.

The app does not use Facebook Graph API, X API, OAuth backend services or developer-operated server tokens for this workflow.

Any website you open inside the WebView may process information under its own privacy policy, cookies, login status and account settings. MK Universal Solutions Ltd does not control third-party websites or social media platforms.

If you sign in to a third-party website inside the WebView, that sign-in is handled by the third-party website, not by MK Universal Solutions Ltd.

6. Screen Capture, Cropping And Contact Photos

Kontakt Synchronizator may allow you to capture the visible screen inside the app and crop an image for use as a contact photo.

This process is controlled by you. The app does not automatically capture or save contact photos without your action and confirmation.

Captured and cropped images are processed locally on your iPhone. MK Universal Solutions Ltd does not receive copies of those images.

7. Exports, Sharing And Backups

Kontakt Synchronizator can create JSON backup files when you choose to export them.

A JSON backup may include local workflow data such as contact statuses, saved profile URLs, lookup hints, rejected merge decisions and app preferences.

JSON backups do not include contact photos. Photos already saved into Apple Contacts remain part of your iOS Contacts database.

Sharing backup files uses your device’s standard share sheet. You decide where the files go, for example to email, cloud storage, messaging apps or local file storage.

If you import a JSON backup, the selected file is read locally by the app so your Kontakt Synchronizator workflow data can be restored.

You are responsible for any files you export, share or store outside the app.

8. System Device Backup

Kontakt Synchronizator does not provide live cloud sync.

If iCloud Backup or another device backup service is enabled on your iPhone, iOS may include Kontakt Synchronizator’s local app data in your normal device backup.

This is controlled by your device, iOS and Apple account settings.

Kontakt Synchronizator does not use CloudKit, iCloud Documents sync, Firebase, a backend server or developer-accessible cloud storage for your app data.

9. App Store

If you download Kontakt Synchronizator through the Apple App Store, Apple may process information connected with your download, purchase history, device, Apple ID, store listing interaction or app installation.

That platform processing is controlled by Apple under its own privacy policy and account settings. Kontakt Synchronizator does not control Apple’s platform systems.

10. Permissions

Kontakt Synchronizator may request access to:

  • Contacts, so you can browse contacts and save selected contact photos into Apple Contacts.

Kontakt Synchronizator does not request access to your:

  • location;
  • microphone;
  • tracking permission.

The app may use normal iOS system features such as screen capture inside the app workflow, file import/export and the iOS share sheet when you choose to use those features.

11. Advertising, Analytics And Tracking

Kontakt Synchronizator does not contain adverts.

Kontakt Synchronizator does not use advertising SDKs.

Kontakt Synchronizator does not use third-party analytics SDKs.

Kontakt Synchronizator does not use tracking technologies.

12. Deleting Your App Data

You can delete local Kontakt Synchronizator workflow data from within the app where this option is available.

Deleting the app may delete local Kontakt Synchronizator data from your iPhone unless iOS restores it from a device backup.

Photos already saved into Apple Contacts may remain in your iOS Contacts database unless you remove or edit them separately in Apple Contacts.

We recommend exporting a JSON backup before deleting the app if you want to keep your Kontakt Synchronizator workflow data.

13. Contacting Us

If you contact us by email for support, app enquiries or privacy-related questions, we will use your email address and the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry and deal with the matter you raised.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, full contact lists or sensitive personal information. If a screenshot contains private contact details, please hide or blur them before sending it.

14. Legal Basis For Support Emails

Where you contact us by email, we may process your email address and message content on the basis of legitimate interests, namely responding to your enquiry, providing support and maintaining basic business records.

If your enquiry relates to a legal or regulatory matter, we may also process the information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

15. Retention Of Support Emails

We keep support and privacy-related emails only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage follow-up communication, maintain business records or comply with legal requirements.

Kontakt Synchronizator app workflow data stored locally on your iPhone is controlled by you and remains on your device unless you delete it, delete the app, remove the data manually or restore it from a device backup.

16. Your Data Protection Rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights in relation to personal data we process about you, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, depending on the circumstances.

Because Kontakt Synchronizator does not collect your app workflow data through a backend server, we normally cannot access, view, export or delete the local Kontakt Synchronizator data stored on your iPhone.

The app can open Facebook and X in an embedded WebView for manual user-driven profile lookup, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Facebook, Meta, X or any social media platform.

20. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle personal data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your personal data has been handled.

21. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if Kontakt Synchronizator’s features, platform requirements or legal obligations change.
