MKUS Hub is the native company and project application for MK Universal Solutions Ltd.

The app provides company information, service areas, project information, app support links, contact options and public business information in a simple mobile format.

1. Getting Help

  • your operating system version;
  • the MKUS Hub app version, if known;
  • a short description of the issue;
  • screenshots, if they help explain the problem.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

2. Common Checks

Before contacting support, you may wish to try the following:

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of MKUS Hub.
  • Restart the app.
  • Check that your device has an active internet connection if public website content is not refreshing.
  • Use the refresh option in the app if the displayed company or project information appears outdated.
  • If content still does not refresh, try clearing cached content from the app settings, if available.
  • If push notifications do not appear, check that notifications are enabled in the app and in your device notification settings.
  • If links do not open, check that your device has a default browser, email app or phone app configured.
  • If the app was restored from a device backup, restart the app and check that settings and cached content appear as expected.

3. Public Content And Cache

MKUS Hub may fetch public company, service and project information from mkus.co.uk.

The app may cache public content locally on your device so that core information remains available when the connection is unavailable.

If refreshed content cannot be loaded, MKUS Hub may continue showing the last valid cached version or built-in fallback content.

MKUS Hub does not provide live cloud sync.

4. Push Notifications

MKUS Hub may use OneSignal to deliver optional push notifications related to app, company, project or service updates.

Push notifications are optional. The app asks for notification permission only after you choose to enable notifications in the app.

You can disable notifications in the app, if available, or through your device notification settings.

5. Privacy

MKUS Hub does not require an account, does not contain adverts, does not use third-party analytics and does not use tracking technologies.

The app may fetch public content from the MKUS website and may store cached public content and simple app preferences locally on your device.

6. App Store And Google Play

If you installed MKUS Hub from the Apple App Store or Google Play, app downloads, purchases, refunds, platform account issues and store availability are handled by the relevant platform provider.
