Kontakt Synchronizator Support

Kontakt Synchronizator is a local iPhone utility app for managing contact photos, reviewing contact-photo workflow status, checking likely duplicate contacts and exporting or importing local JSON backup data.

Kontakt Synchronizator is developed and supported by MK Universal Solutions Ltd.

The app is currently available in Polish only.

1. Getting Help

When contacting support, please include:

  • your iPhone model;
  • your iOS version;
  • the Kontakt Synchronizator app version, if known;
  • a short description of the issue;
  • screenshots, if they help explain the problem.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, full contact lists or sensitive personal information. If a screenshot contains private contact details, please hide or blur them before sending it.

2. Common Checks

Before contacting support, you may wish to try the following:

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of Kontakt Synchronizator from the Apple App Store.
  • Restart the app.
  • Restart your iPhone if the issue continues.
  • Check that the app has permission to access Contacts in iOS Settings.
  • Check that the contact you are trying to update is editable in Apple Contacts.
  • Some contacts may be read-only depending on the account or source used by iOS Contacts.
  • If a profile page does not load, check your internet connection and try opening the page again.
  • If a profile image is not captured correctly, use the manual capture and crop workflow.
  • If local statuses or saved profile URLs do not appear as expected, try closing and reopening the app.
  • If you restored data from a JSON backup, check that the imported contact workflow data is visible in the app.

3. Contacts And Permissions

Kontakt Synchronizator uses iOS Contacts permission so that you can browse contacts and save selected contact photos directly into Apple Contacts.

The app cannot update a contact if iOS does not allow that contact to be edited. This may happen with some contacts managed by external accounts, corporate profiles or read-only contact sources.

You remain in control of the workflow. Kontakt Synchronizator does not automatically change contact photos without your action and confirmation.

4. Backups And Data

Kontakt Synchronizator stores its app workflow data locally on your iPhone.

You can export a JSON backup from the app and import it again later. The backup may include local statuses, saved profile URLs, lookup hints, rejected merge decisions and app preferences.

JSON backups do not include contact photos. Photos already saved into Apple Contacts remain part of your iOS Contacts database.

If iCloud Backup is enabled on your iPhone, iOS may include Kontakt Synchronizator’s local app data in your normal device backup. This is controlled by your device, iOS and Apple account settings.

Kontakt Synchronizator does not provide live cloud sync.

5. Privacy

Kontakt Synchronizator does not require an app account, does not use adverts, does not use third-party analytics, does not track you and does not send your contact data to our servers.

The app does not use a developer-operated backend, Firebase or developer-accessible cloud processing.

6. App Store

Kontakt Synchronizator is currently available for iPhone through the Apple App Store.

App downloads, purchases, refunds, Apple ID issues and App Store availability are handled by Apple.

7. Language

Kontakt Synchronizator is currently available in Polish only.

The support page is provided in English so that it can be used as the official support URL for App Store review and customer support purposes.

8. Independent App Notice

Kontakt Synchronizator is an independent utility app developed by MK Universal Solutions Ltd.

The app can open Facebook and X in an embedded WebView for manual user-driven profile lookup, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Facebook, Meta, X or any social media platform.
